Benefit for the Basin 2018
We have had a little rest after a busy summer ending with the Benefit For The Basin car show. Now it’s time to get back to work. We will be starting on the 2018 raffle vehicle soon. The new website will have an interactive calendar and as alway you can keep up to date by following our facebook page.
As we start planning for 2018, we will still be offering fund raising opportunities throughout the year, selling tickets for the raffle prizes and showing off the prize vehicles at area events. If you have questions or want more information on how to participate, sponsor or donate to Benefit for the Basin, please feel free to call Kristine at 541-891-8930 or send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Frequently asked questions about the car show:
You might find the answers to your questions here. At least we hope you do.
What kind of vehicle can I enter?
If it fits in the fairgrounds, you can enter it. Building a gasser? Turning wrenches on a tractor? Steam engine powered machine? Solar powered? From project to top fuel race car, we would love to see you and your machine.
Are there club or multi-car discounts?
Unfortunately, our gaming license does not allow us to offer discounts, everyone gets to pay the same fee per car. Or big rig. Or whatever you bring to show.
What about kids and dogs?
This is a family friendly event, there will plenty for the kids to do. Because on occasion children, dogs and show cars do not mix well, we ask that service animals only be on the grounds.
Is there a host hotel?
Benefit for the Basin is pleased to be partnering with Cimarron Inn as the host hotel for the show. This hotel is walking distance to the Fairgrounds on S. 6th, close to shopping, restaurants, and auto parts stores! This hotel is pet friendly has free wi-fi, plenty of free parking, complimentary breakfast buffet, and other creature comforts. Mention Benefit for the Basin when making your reservation for a special rate!
Is there camping available?
